At SaturdayClub, we want you to love your fashion finds; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery. All returned garments must be in their original condition, unworn and unwashed, with all tags securely attached.

Initiate Your Request

Log into your SaturdayClub account, navigate to your order history, and select the items you wish to return or exchange to receive your RMA number.

Pack Your Items

Carefully place the items in their original packaging and include the completed return form to ensure your request is processed accurately.

Ship the Package

Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location or schedule a home pickup.

Receive Your Refund

Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 7-10 business days back to your original payment method.
